Job description

• Greet each member and guest with an upbeat voice and welcoming smile
• Learn and demonstrate an understanding of the food, beverage and ingredients of all of the offerings; be able to guide guests through menus in a manner that creates interest and enthusiasm while promoting items by utilizing suggestive selling techniques
• Provide guests with a reason to return by interacting in the Restaurant & Café seating area and throughout the pool complex, build rapport, deliver the best possible service and experience during our guests’ visits
• Take accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations inside the restaurant area and around the outdoor pool complex
• Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
• Prepare for general restaurant operations by completing all side work designated on the opening and closing check lists;
• Maintain a sanitary environment; including keeping guest’s tables and service area clean.
• Handle products properly, using equipment and keeping accurate logs in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines.
• Support culinary operations
• Clear and turnover tables in a quick and efficient manner
• Operate cash register and complete food checks and secure proper payment
