• Pass the Responsible Service of Alcohol Test.
• Serve a set number of tables as determined by management.
• Possess complete knowledge of RSR Restaurant’s food and beverage preparation.
• Sell alcohol and food items professionally.
• Use a computer for order processing.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintain specific side‑work and ensure the cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Clear and reset tables.
• Check guest identification for legal age to consume alcoholic beverages.
• Observe guest behavior, count drinks served, and offer a taxi to guests who should not drive.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, striving to exceed expectations.
• Report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well‑groomed hair and personal hygiene.
