Job summary

Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living in New Providence, New Jersey, is hiring for an entry-level dining position. The role offers flexible shifts to fit student schedules, free meals during shifts, and a scholarship opportunity for those who qualify.

No prior experience needed, with weekend availability and a friendly, energetic team culture. Shifts include 4:00PM–8:00PM and 11:00AM–3:00PM, with most staff finishing before 9PM.

• Have a friendly and energetic attitude.
• Have weekday and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert.
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences.
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently.

Schedules Available
