Praha Village in New Prague, MN, part of the Cassia Community, is hiring a friendly Server to serve meals to residents, staff, and families. The role offers guaranteed hours with the possibility of picking up shifts and cross-training as a cook.

You'll help ensure quality, nutritious meals, maintain a clean dining area, and support a collaborative dietary team in a warm senior living environment.

Competenze

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Possess strong communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Restaurant experience a plus!

Praha Village, a Cassia Community, is hiring a Server in New Prague, MN. We offer guaranteed hours with the possibility of picking up shifts! No senior care experience necessary! Training will be provided with opportunities for cross training as a cook. As a Server at Praha Village, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience by serving our residents, employees, and family members’ meals. Meal times and good food will always be a very important part of everyone's lives! Our Dietary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by staff and residents alike. Come and work in a beautiful and rewarding setting while helping seniors enjoy their dining experience. You will additionally have the opportunity to cross train as a cook.

Position Type

Full-Time (Including every other weekend)

Shifts Available

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Every other weekend

3:00 PM - 7:00 PM Week Days

Wage Range

$16 - $18 / hour depending on experience
