Praha Village in New Prague, MN, is hiring a Server to serve residents, employees, and families with guaranteed hours and the option to pick up shifts. No senior care experience is required; training is provided, with opportunities to cross-train as a cook.

As a Server, you will engage residents, support meal service, and help maintain a clean dietary area. This full-time role includes every other weekend shifts and the wage range of $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Restaurant experience a plus!

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Engage residents by talking to them and describing meal choices.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
