Clarendale West End in Nashville is seeking a Hospitality Dining Associate to join our culinary team. This front-line role provides hands-on serving in our senior living community and supports a warm, inviting dining experience for residents and guests.

You will set tables, take orders, and ensure food quality and presentation while upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards. Part-time schedule requires evenings and weekends, with compensation at $18 per hour and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Hospitality Dining Associate:

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
