Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living in Nashville, TN is seeking friendly dining room servers to join our team. You will take meal orders, serve meals, and ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining dining areas, following cleaning schedules, and upholding safety and hospitality standards while providing compassionate service to seniors.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with seniors
• Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner
• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs
• Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed including weekends.
