Ruth's Chris Steak House in Nashville is seeking friendly servers to greet Guests, guide them through menus, and deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will record orders accurately, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure timely service while maintaining Ruth's Chris hospitality standards.

Applicants should bring a guest-first attitude, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and strong teamwork to support a memorable dining experience for every Guest.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.

• Greet Guests immediately and guide them through menus with genuine hospitality.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to ensure Guests feel well taken care of.
• Accurately record food orders and ensure meals meet exact specifications.
• Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly and garnished to Ruth's Chris standards.
• Maintain a Guest-first mindset and communicate effectively with Guests and team members.
• Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
