The role emphasizes accurate order taking, timely service, and maintaining Ruth’s Chris standards of excellence while staying calm under pressure and providing attentive teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests immediately and guide them through menus with genuine hospitality.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to make Guests feel valued and encourage return visits.
• Accurately record food orders and ensure meals meet exact specifications.
• Ensure food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet Ruth’s Chris standards.
• Demonstrate a Guest-first mindset and communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members.
• Stay calm under pressure and employ problem-solving skills when needed.
