Ruth's Chris in Fresno, CA is seeking friendly servers to deliver legendary hospitality and an exceptional dining experience. You will greet guests, guide them through menus, take accurate orders, and ensure meals are prepared and served to exact specifications while maintaining the Ruth's Chris standard of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests immediately and guide them through menus with genuine hospitality.
• Provide attentive service to ensure guests feel well taken care of.
• Accurately record food orders and deliver meals to exact specifications.
• Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly and garnished to standard.
• Communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members.
• Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
