Clarendale West End is seeking a Hospitality Dining Associate to join our culinary team in Nashville. This part-time position provides front-line serving duties in a senior living community, with evenings and weekends required.

You will help maintain cleanliness, serve meals with gracious hospitality, and ensure food presentation meets standards while engaging with residents and guests in a warm, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school.
• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in the dining area.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
• Set tables, take orders, and provide courteous service to residents and guests.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Hospitality Dining Associate:

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
