Clarendale West End in Nashville is seeking a hospitality-focused Hospitality Dining Associate to join our culinary team. This role provides full-scope, hands-on serving functions within the community and supports a warm, inviting dining experience for residents.

Schedule is part-time with evenings and weekends required. The position offers competitive hourly pay at $18 per hour and a benefits package including retirement, health and life insurance, and time off where applicable.

Qualifications

• Sophomore year of high school completed is required.
• Experience in food service is preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify cleanliness, sanitation and organization per Community standards.
• Maintain food quality, appearance and presentation standards at all times.
• Ensure dining room appearance and presentation meet standards.
• Set tables and keep workstations orderly; take orders and provide items courteously.
• Serve customers with proper etiquette and foster an inviting dining atmosphere.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Hospitality Dining Associate:

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
