Job summary

Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL is seeking a part-time server to join our caring dining team. Enjoy a hospitality-minded role with weekend shifts on Fridays, Saturdays 3:30pm-7:30pm and Sundays 10:30am-2:30pm, with pay of $16/hour.

Whether you are new or experienced, you will contribute to a warm, resident-focused dining experience. This position supports seniors and offers a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-minded server with a focus on resident care.
• Experience serving in senior living or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with hospitality and respond to needs.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
• Maintain clean dining areas and assist with meal service as needed.

Whether this is your first job or you are an experienced server, our position is the best opportunity. Closing isdone by 8:00 pm. We are looking for a part-time server. If you enjoy serving others and have a strong interest in working with Seniors then this opportunity is for you. We especially need weekend servers. Hours are: Fridays & Saturdays from 3:30pm-7:30pm and Sundays from 10:30am-2:30pm.
