Job summary

Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach is seeking a friendly, customer-focused server for a part-time, seasonal role in our food and beverage team. You will respond to guest needs, take orders, input them into the POS system, and deliver meals and drinks with attentiveness. Compliance with safety and service standards is required.

Open availability including weekends and holidays is requested, with perks such as free lunch and team-member benefits. EOE / AA / M / F / Veterans / Disabled.

Qualifications

Excellent guest service skills and friendly demeanor.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system.
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations.
Keep serving station well-stocked at all times.

Job description

The Kingston Resorts is a 145-acre oceanfront resort on the north-end of Myrtle Beach. Less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets and a short 20-minute trip to Broadway at the Beach. This resort is home to the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Condos, and Royale Palms. Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials.
Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system.
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times.
