Job summary

Hilton Myrtle Beach is seeking a friendly Food Server to deliver outstanding guest service in its oceanfront setting. This is a part-time, seasonal role with open availability for 1st shift, including weekends and holidays.

You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, knowledge of menu and promotions, ensuring guest satisfaction, and adhering to regulations. Perks include free lunch, free health club membership, and discounted travel benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials.
• Experience taking guest food and beverage orders and inputting orders in POS.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Ability to serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain a well-stocked serving station at all times.

The Kingston Resorts is a 145-acre oceanfront resort on the north-end of Myrtle Beach. Less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets and a short 20-minute trip to Broadway at the Beach. This resort is home to the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Condos, and Royale Palms. As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
