Servers are responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring a welcoming, attentive, and professional dining experience consistent with club service standards. This role focuses on personalized service, accuracy, and responsiveness while supporting the Club’s service culture and hospitality expectations. The starting wage for this opportunity is $12.00 an hour including tips.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, daily specials, beverage offerings, and allergens.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Support service recovery efforts by communicating issues to supervisors as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas.
• Follow cash handling, billing, and payment procedures accurately.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education
