Job summary

Hideaway Pizza is looking for a Server to deliver an EXCEPTIONAL dining experience at our Moore, OK location. You will be expected to know Hideaway Signature items, follow service standards, and maintain a FUN, guest-focused atmosphere.

The role requires flexibility in shifts and a commitment to safety, cleanliness, and teamwork as part of the Hideaway Way. Candidates must meet state alcohol-service rules and work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ in markets with alcohol service.
• Have and maintain required licenses: Food Handlers and Alcohol (state/county specific).
• Work a varied schedule including shifts, holidays, doubles, events.
• English language required.
• U.S. work authorization required.

PURPOSE | The primary commitment of the Server is to provide an EXCEPTIONAL dining experience for our Guests. This experience will leave the guests craving to return soon and share their excitement (food shots and selfies are preferred). Achieving this means you must embrace the Hideaway Way, excel in the Hideaway Service Standards, have superior menu knowledge, and present yourself in a professional yet fun way.

RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 or older in selected markets based on alcohol service rules (state and county specific).
• Have and maintain required licenses: Food Handlers and Alcohol (state and county specific).
• Work a varied schedule, including shifts, days, holidays, doubles, positions, and events.
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook and job-specific training guides.
• Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with fellow Crew Members and Managers.
• Meet the physical requirement of the position, including standing for extended periods (up to 10 hours), walking frequently, lifting up to 40 pounds, carrying up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, climbing and descending stairs (location specific), and performing repetitive motions.
