IHOP is seeking a Server to create memorable guest experiences by recommending great food and beverages and delivering delicious items. You will be part of a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment that supports each other’s success.

You will understand our guest-obsessed culture, make food and drink recommendations, check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, and handle any concerns by listening and involving a manager when needed to guarantee exceptional hospitality.

• Handle guests’ complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues PLUS ONE to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
