Job summary

The Flamingo is hiring a Server in Boston to deliver memorable guest experiences through food and beverage recommendations and attentive service. You will join a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in ensuring satisfaction from arrival to departure.

You will welcome guests, make menu recommendations, check in regularly, and work with teammates to resolve issues and uphold our guest-obsessed culture. Training and growth opportunities available.

• Handle guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, informing a manager, and resolving issues.
