Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Server to create memorable guest experiences by pairing great food and beverage recommendations with attentive service. You will join a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment.

You will understand our Guest-Obsessed culture, answer menu questions, and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction while resolving issues with support from a manager. Flexible schedules offered.

• Make food and drink recommendations to guests and answer all menu- and service-related questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with each guest regularly and anticipating their needs.
• Handle guests’ complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues PLUS ONE to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
