Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Dining Room Server in Saint Albans, VT. The role delivers meals to residents and their guests on schedule, providing warm, first-class service in a compassionate team setting.

You will work with the dietary team to maintain smooth kitchen operations, while meeting health and safety standards and communicating clearly with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
• Obtain Food Handlers Permit (as required by State regulations).
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with seniors.
• Perform job duties for residents and with team members in a courteous and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals to residents and guests in a timely manner and on a schedule.
• Provide first-class customer service to residents and guests.
• Works as part of the dietary team to ensure a smooth, efficient operation of the kitchen.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
