Job summary

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Memphis, TN is seeking a professional server to deliver exceptional guest experiences through expert product knowledge and personalized service. You will guide guests through our extensive wine and menu, ensuring each course arrives as ordered and expectations are exceeded.

The role requires a warm, engaging personality, strong teamwork, and at least two years of upscale restaurant experience; prior wine/beverage experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of restaurant experience as a server (upscale preferred).
• Experience with an extensive wine and beverage menu is preferred.
• Experience in upscale, polished or fine dining concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable wine and food recommendations to Guests.
• Ensure accurate order delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Create memorable moments for Guests through engaging, warm service.
