Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Austin is seeking a Host to greet Guests warmly, manage seating and maintain a smooth flow during peak times. You will be organized, personable, and comfortable making small talk to put Guests at ease.

As a Host, you’ll answer calls, direct inquiries, and help ensure a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Fleming’s warmth and hospitality. Prior customer service experience is valued and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Experience answering calls and phone etiquette.

As a Host, you will be required to greet incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner. You will be expected to be organized, friendly, and enjoy making small talk with Guests. You should always be an example of Fleming’s warmth and hospitality including putting our Guests at ease during a wait, answer phones, and direct the calls in a prompt and professional manner.

Experience:

• Minimum one year of previous experience providing customer service
• Experience with answering customer calls and phone etiquette
