Job Summary
The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences through attentive, personalized service. This role ensures all guests receive professional, efficient, and memorable service aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, genuine, and anticipatory guest service at all times
- Execute full steps of service in accordance with property standards
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens
- Guide guests through menu selections, including food and beverage pairings
- Accurately input orders into POS system and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas before, during, and after service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service execution
- Handle payments and close checks accurately

The position is hourly with a base wage of $8.00 per hour + Tips. Final compensation package offer is subject to change based on experience, education, skill set, and certifications.

Qualifications
Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hotel environment preferred.
