Job Overview

We seek enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Servers to join our restaurant team. In this role, you will be Sixth Street Steakhouse's face, ensuring every guest has a positive and memorable dining experience. From taking orders to delivering meals, you'll be an integral part of our restaurant's success.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile, guide them through the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
• Take food and drink orders accurately, communicating with the kitchen and bar staff as necessary.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring each order is correct and presented attractively.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any issues quickly and professionally.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Handle payments, including cash and credit transactions, accurately and responsibly.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up dining areas, restocking supplies, and cleaning.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar, and fellow servers to provide a seamless guest experience.
