Job summary

The Odyssey, operated by Specialty Restaurants Corporation, seeks friendly servers to deliver a 5-star guest experience in a fast-paced, fine-dining setting. You will greet guests, describe menu items, and relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff with accuracy.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of full-service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Compensation is $18.47/hour plus tips, with benefits and growth opportunities in a positive team

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, daily specials, and beverage options.
• Guide guests through their dining experience, accurately relaying food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring adherence to established service standards.
• Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, addressing any requests or concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all orders before delivery to guests.
• Process cash and credit card transactions with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment.

Requirements
