Job summary

The Odyssey, operated by Specialty Restaurants Corporation, seeks friendly servers to deliver a 5-star guest experience in a fast-paced, fine-dining setting. You will greet guests, describe menu items, and relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff with accuracy.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of full-service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Compensation is $18.47/hour plus tips, with benefits and growth opportunities in a positive team

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Server experience in a full-service restaurant (fine dining preferred).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to outstanding service.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival.
• Describe menu items, daily specials, and beverage options.
• Relay orders to kitchen and bar staff accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and drinks adhering to service standards.
• Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs courteously.
• Ensure orders are accurate before delivery.
• Process cash and card transactions.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and reset tables.
• Collaborate with team for seamless service.
