Job summary

The Odyssey in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Restaurant Server to deliver courteous, attentive service and enhance the guest dining experience. You will greet guests, describe menu items and daily specials, and coordinate orders with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

With at least 2 years in a full-service setting, you will excel in a fast-paced environment, maintain high service standards, and handle transactions with accuracy.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Server in a full-service restaurant, preferably fine dining.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining composed under pressure.
• California RBS Certificate and Sexual Harassment Certificate are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, daily specials, and beverages.
• Relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and drinks, ensure service standards are met, and clear/reset tables as needed.
• Process cash and card transactions with precision and courtesy.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
