Job summary

The Lafayette is seeking a Server to join our community dining team in Lexington, KY. You will provide dining and table services to residents and guests in accordance with our standards, ensuring proper setup, meal service, and dining area cleanliness.

Shifts run from early morning through early evening, with work on weekends and peak service days. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; prior dining hospitality experience is preferred in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous dining hospitality experience in senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table services to residents and guests.
• Set up dining areas, provide meals, and assist with dining service.
• Clean dining rooms and maintain sanitary procedures.

• 6:30am-2:30pm
• 7am-3pm
• 7am-11:30am
• 11am-7:30pm
• 3pm-7:30

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

Server

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
