Job summary

30hop Restaurant & Bar in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking friendly Servers to join our front of house team. You’ll welcome Guests, help navigate our food and beverage options, and work with kitchen, bar, and front of house teammates to keep service running smoothly.

This part-time role offers weekend shifts and tips; fully trained servers earn $7.50 per hour plus tips, with tip payouts the following morning. Benefits include dining discounts and a supportive EAP, plus access to Craft Concepts

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous serving experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages.
• Must obtain a Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greeting Guests and providing attentive service throughout their visit
• Answering questions and helping Guests make food and beverage selections
• Entering orders accurately and communicating with kitchen and bar team members
• Serving food and beverages in a timely manner
• Checking in with Guests and responding professionally to questions or concerns
• Processing payments accurately
• Maintaining clean, organized dining and service areas
• Resetting tables and completing assigned side work
• Restocking supplies and assisting with opening and closing responsibilities
• Following established food safety and sanitation practices
• Supporting other team members to keep service moving during high-volume periods
• Other duties as assigned

30hop Restaurant & Bar in Lee's Summit, MO is hiring Servers to join our front of house team.

We’re looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy a fast-paced restaurant environment and know how to provide a great Guest experience. As a Server at 30hop, you’ll welcome Guests, help them navigate our food and beverage offerings, and work alongside the kitchen, bar, and front of house teams to keep service running smoothly.

30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. We’re known for great food, craft beer, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Our teams are at the heart of what we do and help create a great experience for our Guests every day.

Fully trained Servers earn $7.50 per hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.

Schedule:

• Part-time opportunities available
• Weekend availability is needed, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
