Job summary

Flight Club in Cincinnati is seeking energetic servers to deliver a high-quality, knowledge-rich guest experience in a social darts setting. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, explain menus and alcohol policies, and build rapport with patrons to ensure they have an outstanding visit.

This role requires current food handlers and alcohol certification, at least 2 years in a high-volume environment, ability to stand/walk long hours, and the capacity to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Able to lift over 50 lbs. if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Listen to the Customer and deliver exceptional service with knowledge of menus, packages and alcohol policies.
• Build rapport with guests through welcoming communication and a positive attitude.
• Use the till system responsibly to ensure accurate transactions and minimize errors.
• Adhere to pre-order processes to reduce waste and streamline operations.
• Show urgency by efficiently handling opening/closing procedures and service readiness.
• Create Positive Energy and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues.
• Train new servers to uphold company standards and contribute to a high-performing team.
