Job summary

Rockhouse-Too in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Server to provide engaging service and ensure guest satisfaction. You will take and deliver orders, process payments, and maintain clean stations throughout shifts.

This role requires 21+ years of age, strong communication in English, and knowledge of beverages. A valid Alcohol Awareness Card and a Health Card are required. Experience in food service is preferred, with opportunities to grow within a vibrant venue.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Previous experience as a Food Server or Cocktail Server preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Able to engage guests professionally in conversation.
• Must possess a valid Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM/ACT).
• Must possess a valid Health Card issued by the Southern Nevada Health District.
• Basic math skills required.
• Basic understanding of spirits/beer/wine, including brand recognition.
• Ability to reach, stoop, bend, lift, and clean during shifts.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests sincerely with a smile and eye contact and provide superior service.
• Efficiently serve food and beverages following service standards.
• Set up and break down service stations at shift start/end.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, stations, glassware, and storage areas.
• Restock garnish trays, ice bins, plates, glasses, flatware, and napkins.
• Run food to tables and announce each item.
• Bus tables as needed and manage side work.
• Assist in marketing by collecting guest information for the database.
