This role combines hospitality, efficiency, and product knowledge to ensure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and confident in their dining choices. Ideal candidates are attentive, professional, and energized by a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure accuracy and presentation standards
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests or concerns
• Maintain clean, organized tables and dining areas throughout service
• Process guest checks and payments accurately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service
• Follow all service standards, safety protocols, and sanitation guidelines
