Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill in Disney Springs is seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to support front-of-house operations and ensure rapid table resets, water refills, and attentive guest service. The role emphasizes teamwork and a polished service standard within a lively, upscale environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of busser or support staff experience in a fast-paced or upscale dining environment.
• Knowledge of fine dining service standards and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be self-motivated, team-oriented, and committed to guest satisfaction.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Open availability preferred, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service that reflects the Wolfgang Puck standard of hospitality.
• Promptly clear and reset tables between guest seatings, maintaining speed and attention to detail.
• Refill water glasses and assist with bread, beverage, and coffee/tea service.
• Keep service stations stocked, clean, and organized throughout the shift.
• Assist servers as needed with running food, delivering guest requests, and pre-bussing.
• Polish and stock silverware, glassware, and other items as directed.
• Support opening and closing side duties, including setting up and breaking down dining room and service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all guest-facing and back-of-house common areas.
• Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service flow.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.

We're seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our front-of-house team and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Job Summary

As a Busser, you play a vital role in maintaining the flow and cleanliness of the dining room while supporting the overall guest experience. You'll work closely with servers and hosts to ensure tables are quickly and properly reset, water and beverages are replenished, and guests feel well cared for throughout their visit.

Pay: $14 - $16 / hour

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods of time, twist at the neck and trunk, bend at the waist and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, reach overhead, above shoulders and horizontally. Employees will use hands to handle objects and tools and operate service equipment. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40-pound objects. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employees may use vision to monitor food quality and quantity and may also order supplies, etc.

Work Conditions: May require evening and weekend hours. While performing the duties of this job, the employee generally works in an indoor front of restaurant and kitchen environment with exposure to heat from ovens, hot foods and steamers and cleaning chemicals, fumes, equipment, and metal objects. You will usually be based indoors, splitting your time between the front of the restaurant and the kitchen. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may be loud dependent on specific work site and/or equipment operation.
