Job summary

Noii Sushi in Kirkland, WA seeks an experienced Server or Lead Server to join our front-of-house team. You will be a storyteller and host, guiding guests with warmth, refined service, and deep menu knowledge to craft memorable dining experiences.

The ideal candidate brings poise, passion, and leadership, maintaining guest satisfaction in a high-volume, upscale setting while collaborating closely with team members and management.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment (lead server experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverage culture (preferred but not required).
• A natural leader with a collaborative and team-first mindset.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and grace under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic wine, sake, and cocktail knowledge.
• A sincere passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Rate: $17.13 + tips ($20-50)
