1587 Prime is a brand new, immersive and upscale dining experience created by Noble 33 in partnership with Champions and global superstars, Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce. The modern American steakhouse will be affiliated with the iconic Loews Hotel Kansas City, welcoming guests to indulge in an unparalleled culinary journey spanning nearly 10,000 square feet across two floors. The restaurant will boast multiple private dining rooms, a world-class chef’s kitchen, and a meat display.

Noble 33 is a hospitality and lifestyle company with an ever-evolving lineup of unique, social dining restaurants stateside and abroad, Noble 33 leads the management and continued expansion of iconic brands Toca Madera and Casa Madera, while also developing brand new concepts that will further expand the boundaries of high-energy fine-dining. Servers are the direct link between the company and the guests and a key driver for creating exceptional guest experiences. Servers are responsible for all aspects of the guest experience including representing the brand, explaining food and beverage offerings, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring that all of our guests, not just those in their assigned section, have everything they need for an exceptional experience. Servers must go above and beyond for each guest as well as take on the responsibility of ensuring all items are billed appropriately and payment is properly secured and handled.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and client
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelines
• Proactive and anticipate the needs of coworkers around them that may need
• Ability to have extensive knowledge on the beverages we offer on the menu and the mastery of the food menu in order to guide guests towards choices that are best for them
• Mechanical in execution uses organized steps of service to ensure order accuracy and consistency even in the busiest of times
• Ensuring that side stations are prepped as needed for business demand
• Build rapport with guests in order to increase repeat clientele

Qualifications

• Display the ability to forecast and anticipate the needs of our guests and the restaurant
• Experience in a Full Service Restaurant Preferred

• Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 35lbs
