Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a full-service, upscale, or high-volume restaurant preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.

Fogón and Lions is looking for passionate, energetic, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our front-of-house team.

Your Mission

Your mission is to create exceptional dining experiences that turn first-time guests into loyal regulars.

As a Server, you are more than a member of our service team. You are an ambassador of our restaurant, our culture, and our commitment to hospitality.

You'll guide guests through our menu, introduce them to our cocktails and culinary offerings, anticipate their needs, and create genuine connections that make every visit memorable.

Your success will be measured not only by your service skills, but by the relationships you build, the experiences you create, and the positive energy you bring to every shift.

What You'll Do

• Recognize birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, and special occasions.
• Work closely with bartenders, hosts, server assistants, chefs, and management to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
• Support teammates during busy shifts and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and company standards.
• Take ownership of every guest experience from beginning to end.
