Job summary

Westminster Woods on Julington Creek in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a part-time Server to deliver exemplary food and beverage service to our older adult residents between 6:30am and 2:30pm. Starting wage is $15.14 per hour.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to read/write English, and good communication with residents; duties include table service, assisting dining needs, light cleaning, and maintaining a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform table service and maintain excellent customer relations according to serving standards.
• Serve residents and guests in a friendly, caring, professional, timely manner.
• Serve residents' meals according to the meal ticket.
• Assist residents with dining needs while performing table service.
• Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure residents being served have a pleasant dining experience.

SERVER ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS: Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Communities.

• Perform table service and excellent customer relations based on established serving standards and guidelines.
• Perform table service in a friendly, caring, professional and timely manner.
• Serve the resident’s meal according to the meal ticket.
• Assist residents with all dining needs while performing table service.
• Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure that all residents being served have a pleasant and delightful dining experience.
