Suncoast Manor Retirement Community, Inc in St. Petersburg is seeking Westminster Suncoast, a beautiful active living retirement community, for a Dining Room Server position at 30 hours per week with additional hours on weeknights. The rate starts at $15.14/hour, with opportunities that fit around school or as a second job.

This role provides exemplary hospitality to residents and guests in a restaurant-like setting, performing table service and helping ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more experience in a high-volume dining environment serving older adult residents.
• High School or better.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform table service and excellent customer relations based on established serving standards and guidelines.
• Perform table service in a friendly, caring, professional and timely manner.
• Serve the resident's meal according to meal ticket.
• Assist resident with all dining needs while performing table service.
• Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure that all residents being served have a pleasant and delightful dining experience.
