Job summary

Pinstripes in Beachwood, OH invites energetic individuals to join as a Host in our upscale dining and entertainment venue. You will greet guests, take reservations, answer questions, seat guests, and collaborate with a friendly team to ensure smooth operation of our Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce concept.

No restaurant experience is required, though prior hospitality helps. You must be 18+, able to stand up to 6 hours, and maintain a neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provides memorable guest service
• Accurately takes reservations over the phone and in person
• Able to answer questions about Pinstripes and the guest experience
• Check in guests and seat them appropriately
• Work together with the team to operate the restaurant efficiently
• Offer suggestions based on guest preferences
• Help personalize the experience
• Process payment
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Must always provide excellent customer service

We are an all-scratch kitchen that prides ourselves on our fresh ingredients, seasonal menus, high food quality standards and exceptional service. You will tend to guests in a unique and upscale entertainment-dining venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce. Serving Italian/American cuisine out of our scratch kitchen, an extensive wine list, local craft beers, and thoughtful handcrafted cocktails

It is preferable to have previous restaurant experience, but it is not required. Our training program will set every team member up to be successful from the start.

What you'll be doing as our Host:

• Provides memorable guest service
