Job summary

Brandon Wilde is a Life Plan Community in Evans, GA, recruiting hospitality-focused servers to join the culinary team. This role provides full-scope, hands-on serving functions within the community and supports exceptional resident service in a senior living setting.

Primary responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, quality, and presentation standards, setting tables, taking orders, serving with courtesy, and promoting an inviting dining atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum completion of Junior year in high school.
• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
• Take orders, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
