Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team as a Server. You will provide an enjoyable experience for every guest by serving food and beverages promptly and responsibly.

We value guest service, teamwork, and reliability and offer perks like free bowling, laser tag, monthly rewards, and company-wide contests. Weekend and holiday availability is required in this family-owned setting.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and guest service driven
• Must meet the required age for your state
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• 1-year serving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and memorable experience
• Knowledge of the menu inside and out
• Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments
• Ensures ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to Guest needs promptly
