Job summary

Torsap Thai Kitchen in Hudson, IL, is seeking a dedicated and friendly server to provide excellent service to our guests. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tables while delivering food and drink accurately and promptly. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and basic math skills. • Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Maintain full knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
• Make recommendations and upsell food and drinks when appropriate.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure accuracy.
• Manage multiple tables while maintaining high service standards.
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, sections, and service areas.
• Follow all Green Gables service standards and policies.
