Job summary

SSP America at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is hiring guest-focused Servers to deliver memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. Join a vibrant team that welcomes guests from around the world and thrives on hospitality.

In this full-time role, you will greet guests, take and enter orders into the POS, handle cash and card payments, and ensure adherence to alcohol service and food safety standards while keeping a clean, organized service area.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience serving in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to follow alcohol service policies.
• Excellent communication and guest-service mindset.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests promptly with a warm, friendly attitude
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Handle cash and credit card payments: make change, process vouchers, etc.
• Maintain a clean, organized service area and restock as needed
• Follow all federal, state, and corporate alcohol service policies
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with additional duties as needed to support smooth restaurant operations

1+ years of experience serving in a full-service restaurant environment required.
