Job summary

SSP America is looking for Food Service Workers to join our team at the San Jose International Airport. You will be involved in greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and serving a wide range of beverages and foods with consistency and care.

As part of our airport dining portfolio, you will follow standard recipes, ensure portion control, and maintain cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced setting. This full-time role includes training and opportunities for growth within SSP America.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver beverages quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
• Receive payment from the customer and process change.
• Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as a wide variety of food items to guests.
• Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items.
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required.
• Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
