Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking friendly, energetic servers to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. You’ll take orders, recommend menu items, handle payments, and collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain required food safety certifications where required.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver meals in a timely manner.
• Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions about food, beverages, and promotions.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest driven with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, team oriented, and motivated to create a great guest experience every shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift.
