Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Silverdale, WA is hiring friendly, energetic Servers who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. If you love interacting with people and thriving under pressure, this team would love to meet you.

You will welcome guests, take orders, make menu recommendations, and use the POS system to process orders and payments. Applicants should be at least 18 and may require state-specific food safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, guest-driven service attitude.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must obtain and maintain required food safety certifications where required by state/local law.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts past midnight.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver meals in a timely manner.
• Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions about food, beverages, and promotions.
• Ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy an exceptional dining experience.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to provide efficient service.
• Practice safe food handling and follow all company food safety standards.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and guest ready at all times.

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, team oriented, and motivated to create a great guest experience every shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift.
