Job summary

Southern Social is looking for friendly servers to join our team in Germantown. You will set tables, present menus with enthusiasm, and assist guests in selecting items to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities include delivering food to tables and providing a consistent, high‑quality guest experience. Ideal candidates are attentive, punctual, and engaged during every shift.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience as server, waiter, or waitress is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the table for guests.
