Job summary

Southern Social is seeking friendly servers to join our team in Germantown, TN. You will present menus, take orders, and ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience.

We value punctual, attentive staff with strong communication and multitasking abilities. Previous serving experience is a plus; open interviews run Mon-Thu 1:30 PM–3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
• Able to multitask efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the table and prepare dining areas.
• Present the menu and guide guests in selections.
• Deliver food to tables in a timely, courteous manner.
• Create a memorable guest experience through friendly service.
