Job summary

AgeWell Senior Living is seeking a Weekend Dining Room Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our residents. The role focuses on taking meal orders, serving meals, and maintaining a pleasant dining environment in a senior living community.

The position emphasizes teamwork, flexible weekend shifts, and strong communication with residents and staff. Physical effort includes lifting and standing for extended periods in a care-focused setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Similar experience preferable.
• Ability to work in a team environment and flexible shifts.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Takes resident meal orders and serves meals correctly and efficiently.
• Delivers orders to resident apartments upon request.
• Sets tables with napkins and tableware.
• Refills condiments and salt and pepper shakers.
• Sets up and keeps salad and dessert counter supplied; cleans dining room tables and chairs and vacuums dining room.
• May perform other duties as needed.
• May have their picture taken and image used in social media or community advertising.
• May be video recorded from devices installed by families in residents' apartments.
